You can access the 'Webcam Button' through the 'Toolbar'.

ScreenCamera has the ability to mix your desktop screen with your webcam, and at all times one is primary and the other is secondary. The switch button will switch primary to secondary and secondary to primary as in the example bellow where the screen was primary and became secondary while the webcam was secondary and became primary:
